The project is located on the north bank of Guo River. It is north to the Meng-Su Road. It’s near the city proper with an excellent communication.
Mengcheng County has a long history and rich sources. It is the hometown of Zhuangzi, the great philosopher. There are many famous historical relics such as Fishing Dais, Zhuangzi Temple, etc.
To develop the excellent national culture and the tourism industry, according to the plan to develop Taoism Special Tour in North Anhui by the provincial government, in 2000, Mengcheng county government invited the famous Chinese university planning and designing the Homeland Garden of Zhuangzi. The Garden is designed to explain the connotation of Laozi Culture and to connect with local history culture of folks and cooking. After analyzing carefully, from the point of social developing, the research team would begin from making whole regional culture and deepen the project to ensure the long-term profits of the investor with most possibilities and perseverance.
As the tourism developing, people will care tourism and leisure time life more and more. Tourism has a wide and bright future. The county government attaches great importance to absorb the investors and makes a series of preferential policies on tax and business management for the investors.

Garden of Zhangzi’s hometown covers 50,000㎡and building area 5000 ㎡.
Constructing contents include Sage Square, Zhuangzi School, the Forest of Steles of Zhuangzi’s articles, Country of Zhuangzi’s Stories, Commercial Street, Hotel of Zhuangzi, afforestation and other public equipments.
