Ⅲ Background
Most border of Bozhou City is neighbored to Henan Province, near Longhai Railway and Lian-Huo Highway. Jingjiu Railway, Xu-Fu Railway, Jie-Fu-Beng highway, S307 and other 4 provincial ways and building Xu-Su Highway have constituted an easy communicated net. When the Guo River improved project is completed, water transports can reach the Yangtze River from Bozhou. Distance from Bozhou to Shangqiu Airport or Fuyang airport also only costs an hour. In the scale of 150km radius, there are 40,000,000 populations while there is no bigger city with 1,500,000 populations.
Bozhou is Chinese historical and cultural city and the top tourist city of China with rich ancient culture resources.
Now there are more than 200 places of historic interest and scenic beauty, of which, there are four national protected historical relics, 22 provincial protected historical relics and more than 100 protected historical relics of the city. Ancient traditional cultures are reflected by prehistoric culture, Lao-Zhuang Taoism culture, Cao-Wei culture, TCM culture, ancient commercial culture. All these cultures consist a unique system of ancient culture of Bozhou. It has great possibilities to develop the cultural resources to be a charming tour of ancient culture and it also has a potential market future.

1. Building new tourist spots
a. Tourist center: covering 33,000 m² and having 5,000 m² building area; including gate, Bozhou celebrities culture museum, multifunction hall, information hall, center hotel, special shop.
b. China (Bozhou) TCM culture Garden: covering 1,300,000 m² and 20,000 m² building area; including Health-caring place for tourists to live, rest, and dining and enjoying medical-meal, medical-bath, medical drinking, Garden of herbs and animals for TCM usage, Zoo of aquatic animals for TCM usages, Garden for tourists participating activities and specialists diagnosing and curing difficult diseases, China traditional medical culture exhibition hall for playing Wuqinxi, Synthetic service area.

2. Project to improve and refresh existing tourist spots
a. To improve surroundings of Huaxi tower and Ancient Bank of Nanjing Street, to develop the North Street area to be ancient commercial culture place for sight-seeing
b. To repair and develop the Underground Military Tunnel, to improve the surroundings of the entrance to the Tunnel
c. To extend the Huatuo Temple to become a TCM Culture Museum
d. To develop King Tang’s Tomb and Ancestral Tombs of Caocao to be culture gardens
e. To develop the Confucius temple Mengcheng to be a museum displaying unearth relics from Yuchi Temple
f. To develop the Temple of Mother Buddha in white, the ancient Islamic mosque and the Hometown of Chentuan to be religion culture sight-seeing places
g. To develop the former residence of Zhanglexing to be a Celebrity for-home and make it be an additional tour spot of Tianjing Palace and Guoyang Taoism and nourishments Garden.

Ⅹ Brief introduction of the project unit
Bozhou Tourism Bureau, in charge of Bozhou international travel agency, is a department of Bozhou Government. In the bureau there are 4 offices and 17 members including 15 public governors and two workers including 12 bachelors. They mainly engage on developing the city’s tourism, developing the market and administrating the tourism industry. The bureau owns two enterprises, Bozhou international tourist agency and Sanguolansheng Palace.Ⅺ Analyze on the social effect and economical profit of the project
According to the development of Bozhou tourism and China economy developing speed, while the project is completed, the number of visitors will reach 2,000 person-time everyday. Suppose each visitor spends RMB 300￥(80￥for ticket, other 220￥for eating, lodging, drinking, bathing, curing, shopping and traveling) daily, in a year, visitors will bring incoming of RMB 200,000,000￥ in which the ticket receipts will reach RMB 60,000,000￥.
The project will supply 1,500 jobs, and will develop industries of communication, restaurants, hotels, commerce, medicine, etc, and run the local economy.
